I walked into this shop genuinely trying to find a nice gift for my mom. I’m 18, I look 18, and I was clearly browsing actual gifts. Out of nowhere, one of the workers walked over and, with the most condescending, passive-aggressive tone asked if I was “looking for the Jellycats.” As if I’m incapable of shopping for anything beyond stuffed animals. The way she said it was so rude it actually stunned me, like she’d already decided I didn’t belong there the second I walked in. And for what? A store full of items you can find on Amazon for half the price. Nothing in there is unique enough to justify the attitude, let alone the markup. It’s basically an overpriced Amazon storefront with customer service that somehow manages to be worse than no customer service at all. That woman was insanely rude, the prices are ridiculous, and the whole vibe is “we don’t want you here.” I won’t be back, and I’d genuinely warn anyone else to skip it too.
Skip the generic gift cards - this shop carries handmade treasures from local artisans. The owner helped me put together a custom care package for my homesick college niece, including honey from neighborhood bees and a journal made from recycled materials. Everything comes beautifully wrapped with a handwritten note at no extra charge. 10/10!
Such a cute little gift store. My daughter was looking for a specific Jellycat and they had only one left and saved it for her until we got there. The ladies that work there are super sweet and helpful.
This is the perfect boutique shop anytime you are looking for a special gift for someone, or to treat yourself. They carry several jewelry designers, most prominent being Brighton (and sunglasses, purses and other accessories). They have unique home accessories as well as a darling corner of baby and toddler gifts, as well. And, they will gift wrap for you, complimentary. It is also so nice to shop somewhere other than Arrowhead Mall, there is more than adequate parking and easily accessible from 67th Avenue and the 101 Freeway.
My new favorite bouquet. Great place to get gifts for everyone in your circle. So fun and cute to walk around and shop in.
