I had an appointment with Vanessa, for a Botox treatment. She took me in promptly at my scheduled time. Vanessa explained the procedure and the aftercare instructions very clearly. She was gentle, professional and obviously knowledgeable regarding the procedure. I am very satisfied with the results
Always so friendly, prompt, and do an amazing job with Botox. Have been to Morgan Hill and SJ locations and the service is very consistent!
Update: Extremely disappointing experience. It has been over a month since my treatment, and the damage is still visible. This is not what I would consider professional care. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, I was told to simply wear makeup to cover it, which is completely unacceptable. I am genuinely concerned that this may result in permanent damage. After this long, the area should have shown some signs of improvement, but it hasn’t. Luba should never have injected under my eyes. I was told she has 16 years of experience, if that were true, she should have known how to perform the procedure safely and correctly. I deeply regret trusting you with this treatment. I had a very bad experience. I looked much better walking into your office than I did walking out. The injection went wrong, and I ended up with puffy, swollen eyes. I can literally see my cheek from the corner of my eye. I don’t care how many years of experience you have, what matters is the result, and you made me look worse than when I arrived. To make things worse, your staff told me this happened to me because I haven’t had Botox in a long time. What a stupid thing to say! What about people who’ve never had Botox before? That explanation just doesn’t make sense
I want to come back just to talk to the nurses/front desk !! My first time getting Botox and had the best first experience ever!! Process was super easy. Office is clean modern and cozy. They had a special event today and offered sandwiches, wine, fruits. I truly felt cared for! And was well taken care of! I can’t wait to be back again! I will be telling all my friends and family to come check this salon out !
My first time at SVMS was yesterday, very impressed with the whole experience. From the cleanliness of the office, warm front end staff and the personable, professional aesthetician that did my service. I was informed of each step of the procedure and very happy with the results. Highly recommend.
