We had our company Christmas party here last month and we all really enjoyed ourselves and this experience. Ian was our server and we couldn't have asked for better! He truly turned this experience into a night to remember. The food was delicious. I sent my steak back to cook it just a touch longer for my liking and I'm so glad I did as it melted in your mouth! The sides and desserts were great as well! Drinks were refreshing! I've already made Valentine's Day reservations for the Wife and I! I can't wait to treat her to a special night here at Silver Fox!
Silver Fox is a must visit place for my husband and I when we come visit family in the area. We have come here twice so far and both times had Valdo as our waiter. He is excellent. Very personable, gives great recommendations, and great service. The steak, sides, and bread pudding were all fabulous!
If you’ve never been to the Silver Fox Steakhouse in Richardson, Texas, you absolutely must give this place a try. It’s not just the amazing food… It’s an amazing experience. You can actually get an education that will prepare you for the incredible levels of flavor choices on their extensive menu. The company I work for chose to have our annual Christmas party at this particular Silver Fox Steakhouse. We had our own private room. Some of us had been there before, but those that hadn’t were in for a real treat. Our server’s name was Ian. He was outstanding!! He brought a whole other level of service to our dining experience. Steak is the star at the Silver Fox, but Ian runs a close 2nd. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience! I told Ian as I was leaving that he was as good as it gets. Be sure to ask for him if you visit this Silver Fox Steakhouse, and be prepared to enjoy an incredible experience that you will remember for a long time.
As a first time customer I was really excited and hopeful about my experience. Unfortunately I left disappointed. The plate came out fast and beautiful! Service was polite and knowledgeable on the menu and we were greeted by management. I ordered the red fish/snapper topped with crab and it was overcooked, dry and hard underneath. I do not like to return dishes to the kitchen as I understand what goes into service but once I saw the sticker price ($70) I should have. Tisktisk..next time I'll reconsider returning food if it's not up to par. We enjoyed calamari as an appetizer and the mac n cheese - cocktails were decent. Would not necessarily return.
We absolutely adore this place. We always get such great service and the food is done to perfection. If you want a great steak house without the Dallas parking/traffic situation, this is an incredible spot. They are known for their surf and turf. Scallops abs crabcakes are so good. The sea bass is a must if you are not in the mood for a steak. (But who isn't in the mood for a steak?!) And the desserts.... well, they are divine! Wine and whiskey selections are also great and the crafted cocktail, while pricy, are definitely worth the money.
