Silver Maple does a great job. Obviously, if you are reading reviews you are looking for a place you can board your pet and be confident they are being well cared for. We wouldn’t board our dog anywhere else. The people who work at Silver Maple are very friendly and obviously love animals. Our dog loves staying here while we are on vacation and is very happy and perky when we pick her up. Highly recommended.
I'm just moving to the area, from out of state. Silver Maple Pet Center took exceptional care of my 2 dogs and 2 cats while my move was completed. I highly recommend both their boarding facility (cats and dogs) and their doggy daycare!
Silver Maple has taken care of our senior dog twice now when we have gone out of town and also in preparation for a move. Our pupper is a very anxious rescue, and was understandably nervous the first time we took him. He did well! Took him a day to start eating, which is what he does when he's in a strange place, but they worked with him and even found that a little water sprinkled on his dry food helped him to eat. The second time we took him in, he was excited to be there and remembered the staff, so it was less stressful. I have tried the pack/group boarding places and he does okay with them, but he really does better in his own space. This place was perfect! Thank you, Silver Maple Pet Center!
We brought three big dogs to be boarded for six days at the facility. We were a bit nervous as they’ve never been away from home before much less for that long. The staff was very knowledgeable, reassuring, and you could tell just animal lovers. Booking the service and the entire transaction Phase was extremely easy, affordable and accommodating. They were so kind and professional every afternoon when we called to check on our dogs. Their updates were very sincere and professional and it truly put our minds to ease. When we picked are babies Up, they seemed very well cared for, Extremely happy, And somehow, calmer and more balanced! We will 100% continue to use Silver Maple Per Center for our pets. 5 out of 5 Stars!!!
