My fiancé and I did the rounds of half a dozen or more jewellers. And when I tell you that we had the most superior experience at Simon Curwood Kotara, I am not exaggerating. The entire team made us feel welcomed and important, which as a queer couple, was so wonderful to be given the full bridal experience. Hannah, Ella and the team went above and beyond to look after us, help us achieve our dream rings as close to our budget as possible and did the most to make it feel like such as exciting journey. Hannah, specifically, was an absolute superstar, and if it wasn’t clear that she was made to sell jewellery by her passion and enthusiasm, I would have tried to poach her! Thank you Hannah, Ella and team Kotara! We are OBSESSED with our rings!

I went into store yesterday to enquire about getting my eternity ring custom made and also having my engagement and wedding bands resized. The instant vibe and customer service received from Hannah and Danu was incredible. Both of these ladies genuinely wanted to be there! It was so obvious to me that they love their job. They were genuinely interested in engaging with me. Excellent follow up service too with phone calls the same afternoon I went into store and also the following morning. I can’t wait for my in store appointment later this month!
I recently started shopping around to have my wedding set transformed from Gold to Rose Gold. First stop was Simon Curwood, where I found the girls so helpful and willing to work with me and my husband on design choices. I did go and get 2 other quotes but ended up coming back to Simon Curwood. The service we recieved from Hannah and the team was first class, she kept me updated at all times on the process and always offered a friendly smile and acknowledgement even if I was just walking past. The end result was beyond amazing and expectations, again the service to pick up the new set was first class. We were taken into a private room with a glass of bubbles for a private viewing... that is what I call Customer Service. Thankyou Hannah for your service, Enthusiasm, and your never ending smile.
