Giving them 2 stars because while the service is ok, definitely needs to be improved. My husband surprised me with a head spa for my birthday and when I got there no one greeted us, I was told to put a robe on and that was the end of the communication. I decided to give them another try and scheduled my husband for a head spa treatment and again, no greeting, I had to go find someone working there and unfortunatelyinterruptedsomeone elses time. Then when my husband was done I asked if he enjoyed the beard wash and he said they didn't do that part. I asked about if he got whiskey and he said nope they didn't offer it. I mean those are small details but it is advertised and was a big reason I got this for him! If I'm paying spa prices I expect the full treatment. Business is cute and has potential but unfortunately we won't be back. I gave 2 chances and both were very lacking.
Although it was a pleasant experience, I think for the price we paid, we had way higher expectations. The blow out, was not a blowout. Hair was still damped leaving. Massage, was disappointing. The water temp was going from cool, scorching hot, to warm, repeat. The customer service was also odd. A girl came in (maybe the owner/manager?)for a few minutes, and the girls immediately talked mess after she left. Overall, overpriced for the experience we had.
As a stay at home mom it’s hard to get any relaxing or “me time”. I come here to do my lash extensions & lately the experience here has not been relaxing at all. As Marisa is doing my lashes in her room, there’s other employee(s) barging in and out, no apologies for the loud noises, leaving the door wide open, loudly filling up and pouring out buckets of water. We had about 3 jump scares with the barging in. (Which is scary when there’s sharp objects around my eye) The employee didn’t even a knock before running into my appointment. Today was just not a good day and kinda ruined my relaxation time especially since the place is a “spa”. Some common courtesy would be nice. Thank you Marisa for apologizing on their behalf for my appointment.
Went with my daughter and we had such a nice and relaxing experience! They offered us a drink as we came in and prepared us so we could enjoy the head spa treatment. The two girls were very professional and sweet! Can’t wait to go again!

The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. The treatment itself was heavenly. Hannah used a combination of gentle massage techniques and aromatic oils that left my scalp feeling rejuvenated and my mind completely relaxed. I could feel the stress melting away with each stroke. I also appreciated the personalized consultation beforehand, which ensured that my specific needs were addressed. Overall, I highly recommend SITTIN PRETTY HEAD SPA to anyone looking for a unique and relaxing experience. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, and I can't wait to return for another session!
