Mr. Sergei has been out to help me twice now, and both times he was able to fix my dryer with professionalism and a clear explanation of what had been fixed. I will use his services again the next time I have a need.
Sergei was prompt, efficient and effectively fixed our dishwasher by replacing a water pump on a Saturday , 3 hours after calling . The unit works great now. The price was reasonable. I will use SK again and highly recommend.

Repairs requested: Sergei helped me with repairing the gas valve on one of my stovetop burners and the evaporator cover on my Samsung refridgerator. Pricing: Sergei was very competitively priced compared to the other bids I sought. He had one of the best diagnostic fees and provided itemized bids that outlined everything showing complete transparency. Knowledge: Sergei was very knowledgable when it came to the specific issues at hand and entertained my questions on how to maintain and keep appliances well kept going forward. Service: Sergei was very responsive and always provided an ETA of arrival when he was heading over. He always arrived within the estimated window of time he provided earlier in the day as well. Sergei had shoe covers and was very respectful of my home.
