I chose to go elsewhere for teeth whitening after a very unprofessional experience. On the morning of my appointment, I received a 7 AM text asking for me to give them a call. I called and spoke to Adrienne the owner and she said that I had somehow booked a “face wrapping” service—even though I had confirmed a teeth whitening appointment weeks prior and even sent a screenshot. I was also told that Groupons needed separate confirmation and that their scheduling system was down, so I’d need to be rescheduled. After our call, I ended up calling back with no answer, so I texted the screenshot of my confirmed appointment and said I would keep my original time and use my Groupon later. Only then did I receive a call stating that their system was down again and that they “no longer accept Groupons.” This was never mentioned during the original booking. If that’s the case, why is the Groupon still active? And why is the customer being told to request the refund instead of the business handling their own mistake? To make it even worse, suddenly the system was working well enough to schedule me for the following week—at a “Groupon rate”—but only after telling me to deal with Groupon myself. This experience was inconsistent, unprofessional, and left me with zero confidence in their business practices. I took off work for this, why wait until the morning of and why not be upfront? I will be taking my business elsewhere
This is the best spa in East Memphis! For my first time having a facial Ms. Adrienne was awesome, she talked me through everything she was doing I truly recommend her services to any and everyone. The facial was so relaxing.
I had a marvelous experience!! The atmosphere was very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. The owner was very knowledgeable and professional. I received eyelash extensions along with a facial with collagen and LED light therapy. The ambiance was very luxurious and calming. I felt amazing!!! Best spa in Memphis!!

The owner works hard to create such a relaxing environment from the moment you walk in. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional, always making me feel welcomed and well taken care of. I’ve had several services done here—facials, lash extensions, waxing, body treatments, and even a yoni steam - and every single one has been amazing. My skin is glowing, my lashes look flawless, and I always leave feeling refreshed and pampered. I booked a yoni steam and had a wonderful experience. The staff took the time to explain the process and tailor the herbs to my personal needs, which I truly appreciated. I felt incredibly relaxed during the steam, and afterward, I noticed a significant improvement in the discomfort and intensity of cramps during my next menstrual cycle. Highly recommend this service and this Spa! I’ve already rebooked my next yoni steam and looking forward to trying other services!!!
