It’s only been three months, and I feel like I have a brand-new face! Skin Laundry Plano is now a non-negotiable part of my health and wellness routine. Pregnancy and postpartum really did a number on my skin—teenage acne transitioned into adult acne, and paired with raging hormones, it was a recipe for disaster. For the first time since I was 15 years old, I finally have clear skin, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Diamond is the sweetest and most knowledgeable esthetician I’ve ever worked with. She makes me feel comfortable, clearly explains what to expect, and answers all 6,000 of my questions with a smile every time. The front desk ladies are just as amazing—always bringing the good vibes and greeting you with warm hospitality. Appointments are quick, which is perfect for my busy schedule. Honestly, I spend more time at the studio chatting with the ladies before and after my appointment than I do in the treatment itself. Take this as your sign to GET YOUR GLOW BACK, girl—run, don’t walk!
Extremely regret getting a membership at Skin Laundry! Worse experience ever. Spent over $1000 here (~$250/month) and not seeing any results after 4 months. Plano location has the worse customer service. They refused to provide me service that I already paid for nor willing to refund me or defer the service. Additionally, their communication is extremely poor (they said they would call me on the 27th and see what options they could provide me but they did not call me back me until the 29th after I contacted them again). The company does not have consistent policies and the locations do to communicate to each other. I got trapped into a 4 month contract and very thankful that I can finally cancel this terrible investments. Save yourself the headache. There’s so many options in Dallas. Please go anywhere else!
I had a great experience with Skin Laundry Plano, largely thanks to Luna. I spoke with her regarding my account, and she truly went above and beyond to help me get everything together. She took the time to explain my options clearly and provided helpful information so I could keep my account active without feeling pressured or overwhelmed. Luna was incredibly encouraging, supportive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Her positive attitude and patience made a big difference, and she made me feel valued as a client. She is absolutely a standout employee, and Skin Laundry should be very glad to have her on their team. I highly recommend this location because of the level of care and service she provides.
I am requesting that my membership be canceled immediately I went to southlake and they trapped in the thing and not responding now. So help me out. I am not using your services, I will not be returning to your clinic, and I refuse to continue paying for treatments I will never receive. I want to be very clear: I was never told about any 4-month mandatory commitment when I signed the digital form. I was not shown any contract in my patient portal, and the terms were not disclosed verbally at all. I was pushed into signing something without proper explanation, and now you are trying to hold me to a contract I was never informed of. That is unacceptable. Charging me for services I am not using and never planned to use is wrong. I work hard for my money, and I’m not going to let you take it for free. Your team trapped me into a membership I did not knowingly agree to, and I will not continue paying for something that was misrepresented to me. You can keep the first month’s payment — I am not asking for it back. But I am not paying for another month of a membership I never wanted. Cancel my membership immediately from southlake. I am not calling the clinic again, and I do not want more back-and-forth. Just confirm the cancellation in writing. This is not how you treat someone and use the hard work money for free when they are not using your services.
I saw the ad on social media and decided to give it a try. I was impressed with the place as it was clean and the staff are friendly. One of the ladies sat me down and explained to me that instead of just one laser treatment, the $144 would cover the whole month and every month after that would be $250. I was okay with and not one time did they bring up me being in a contract. I should also mention that on my first visit, I told them I’ll be away for two months meaning I will have to either cancel or pause and she said okay. Fast forward to yesterday when I had my last treatment, I told them I have to pause since I won’t be around. I was shocked to hear that they can’t pause or cancel my membership since am in a 4month contract. Mind you this is the first time am hearing of said contract. I told them that I explained this from the get go, and finally decided to pause . I got a text letting me know my membership was on pause for 1 month and had to call them back. They told me that they were extra charges for pausing to hold my place. They never brought the extra charges up when I was at their office. I am so disappointed at how there isn’t any transparency with his place. Very quick to get your money but won’t bring up that you’re bound in a contract or the extra charges that come with it. I just want my membership canceled. This is not how you do business.
