I just want to give a huge shoutout to Danielle for her amazing customer service! I had an issue with an online booking that accidentally charged me while I had a egift card, and she went above and beyond to help me resolve it. She was kind, patient, and immediately took action by reaching out to corporate to make sure I got my refund. I must say it’s very rare to come across someone who genuinely cares and follows through the way Danielle did. She turned a stressful situation into such a positive experience. As college students every penny counts so thank you again Danielle you’re a true gem!
I love this location! It's always clean and welcoming, and such a fun location too. The staff are kind, professional, and patient. I had a Forma session with Suchana and it was incredible, totally a spa-like experience. I'm looking forward to more treatments with her! Highly recommend her and this location!!
I only started going to Skin Spa 2 months ago and since my very first visit I was treated with the upmost care. I was greeted by Abigail Cormier who has been a huge advocate for my skin care plans/goals. She is an incredibly hard worker who clearly cares so much about the clients coming in for treatments. The main reason I stayed at skin spa was because of Abigail’s transparency and knowledge with everything from the services they provide, to any down time in any treatments, post treatment care and keeping me in the know about any specials deals/offers taking place. Jovanie Voltaire (aesthetician) is also incredible and was able to curate a skin care plan that fits my needs without selling me on unnecessary procedures. These women are honest and want nothing but the best for their clients. I can’t recommend Abigail and Jovanie enough - they are truly amazing women and Skin Spa New York on Newbury Street is so lucky to have them on their team.
I have been coming to Skin Spa New York for 2 years now and I can confidently say it was the best spa experience I have ever received. Alicia has been very patient with my skincare needs and tailors the treatment to meet my specific needs. She explains each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the session. I started out with custom facials and then peels and it left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for exceptional skincare treatments!
