Shawn was awesome! He came out same day right before a snowstorm to help us get our dryer hooked up after we attempted a DIY fix that almost started an electrical fire. Price was fair and Shawn was so so fast! He provided great information and saved the day. We will be bringing him back for additional electrical work. Thank you Shawn!
Two days ago our power went out in the back bedrooms. The outage also caused our furnace to stop working so it was extremely cold. I am incredibly happy that my husband called SKK Electric. Shawn came out same day and quickly found the issue - a loose wire in an electrical outlet. I highly recommend their fast, professional, and reliable service.
SKK was one of many companies I called because the electricity stopped working in part of my mom's house impacting her ability to get heat on the eve of a winter storm. The owner called me back quickly and then arrived with his team just a couple of hours later and fixed the problem!! He explained the problem, fixed it and didn't try to upsell me. Excellent customer service. You've earned a returning customer.
Shawn and his team have exceeded all expectations! They were the fastest and most fair quote we received out of 5 options, and fully rewired our 1918 home without any hesitation. They have been incredibly professional. Shawn is super communicative, transparent about pricing, honest, and overall a pleasure to work with. We will be using SKK electric for all of our electrical needs henceforth.
I contacted SKK electric on an electrical problem I had and he immediately came out and provided quick and excellent service. I was very impressed by how quickly he fixed the problem.
