SKY Campus Happiness was the one thing that helped me with my mental health during my undergraduate career. I was struggling so much with social anxiety that it caused me to feel lonely and isolated, but luckily I found this program and the breathing, meditation, and positive community I found turned everything around for me. I went into this not knowing what to expect? I thought it might be another yoga class. It was so much more. There was breath-work, interactive and introspective processes.
