My experience with the agent Eduardo Filipe was not positive. I felt pressured to make payments without receiving proper documentation or a clear explanation of the rental process. When I asked for receipts and more transparency, his attitude became defensive and unprofessional. He yelled at me over the phone and kept pushing me to pay the security deposit and the broker fee in that day. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided not to proceed. The visit to the apartment was on Monday, and I chose not to continue with the process by Wednesday based on the contradictions during the process in just 3 days. Big red flag. The problem was not the money. I had the full amount in cash. The problem was his disrespectful and aggressive attitude. I would not recommend working with him, especially if it's your first time and you're excited to get your new apartment, he will ruin your experience.
