This facility really needs to train their employees on their memberships. I came in on a snow day with 4 kids to jump for $12 Tuesdays. I was told they are not honoring $12 Tuesday prices because of extended hours. I asked what the price was for all 4 kids which was $32.99 for 90 mins. I said no thank you. The girl at the counter then says you can get a membership for $10 per child and memberships can be cancelled at anytime. When filling out the membership info I pointed out that the 3 month agreement and she said no need to worry about that all memberships have an anytime cancellation and I could even cancel as soon as I leave and no longer be charged. We’ll come to find out when I set up the membership cancellation Ryleigh from the store contacted me and said they can not issue the cancellation until 3 month later. She then says they can cancel but I would have to back pay the $32.99 per kid for that day instead. Ryleigh said there is nothing she can do but talk to higher up employees but they would not do anything either. This place has no knowledge on their product and if they do then they are scamming people left and right. I will NEVER be back to a SkyZone again.
So I want to give a 5 star to MJ I think he said for talking to me tonight on the phone about everything I asked about me and my kids and family will be there next weekend for my sons 9th bday he said he wants to go to sky zone so mom is making it happy he answered all my questions I had and was very helpfully thank you so much and im so glad he was able to answer all of them..I had alot lol... Thanks again MJ!!!!
Kids always have fun here. Was a little dirty
Quentin waited on me and was very patient as I tried to navigate the Groupon system. Very professional and polite. I found out he was the manager and wanted to let everyone know that he is doing an amazing job of running this place. They were busy. It was clean. The workers were friendly and on top of everything. My grandson got hit in the face playing dodge ball (guess he should have dodged) and he was given ice immediately. I was very pleased with our experience here and will come back.
This is the best Skyzone I’ve ever been to! It has so many fun activities and amazing food/drinks. The staff is also so nice and polite, especially Skylar! (She deserves a RAISE) She was so kind to me and my friend and was part of the reason I had the BEST experience. She is also so amazing and had really fast and AWESOME service. It was really fun and enjoyable, definitely would recommend THIS Skyzone and my go-to spot if you are interested in playdates, birthday parties, or just want to have a fun time somewhere! Thank you so much Skyzone!
