My kids normally have a ball his staff is usually polite can be hit or miss with management depending on his or her mood that day one thing I noticed thou when mentioning to staff this e-bike blocking the wheel chair access ramp to thr point I had to lift my stroller wheels around i was told yea its an employee that parks the sorry we have been having this problem.... if I couldnt get my stroller passed a wheelchair DEFINITELY couldn't get through.. there should be a better place for this "employee" to park than directly blocking the wheel chair ramp. Like I said thou once we got around this thing my kids had pretty good time
We had soo much fun! Our son loves a huge variety of areas to jump around in. The games are fun and one of the staff members Anjelo was absolutely awesome and professional helping my son with his prizes and making him happy. Thanks again Anjelo!!

The combination of the pulsing music, the vibrant glow-in-the-dark gear, and the sheer energy of everyone jumping is truly electric. It felt less like an outing and more like a club, but for all ages! My friends and I were absolutely exhausted in the best way possible. Hosted our daughters 9th birthday. Our party host, Kyler, was amazing! Super attentive and on top of things. Couldn't even turn around before he was back with refills with drinks. He asked if we had any requested songs for the birthday girl and played them a few times for her.
