My husband bought the BOGO free 2hr tickets online because it is an “online deal only” just to walk in and see everything but the dodgeball area closed for “renovations”, which was a surprise because that info wasn’t on their website. Then their jump time was cut in half, my husband’s and son’s, because instead of closing at 6pm, like the website said, they decided to close at 5pm. Their experience this time wasn’t great but neither were the other times to be fair. We definitely don’t plan on going back and can’t recommend for anyone else to go, especially when there are so many other options in town.
I really want to give this place a 5-star rating because it’s in a great location and my kids truly enjoy going there. However, during our last visit, I noticed that the place was quite dirty—it didn’t seem like it had been properly vacuumed or sanitized. On top of that, the staff were standing in the play area with their regular shoes while requiring the kids to wear socks. I’m not sure what the purpose of the socks is if staff don’t change their shoes as well. Because of the cleanliness concerns, I probably won’t be bringing my kids back, as I’m worried they could get sick
Fun place, just not very clean restrooms. Someone started building a boooger tree on the restroom wall. Jump area is big but certain areas are too cramped. Not sure if they were short staffed but only saw employees at the deak so a few of the play areas were not open. Party rooms were a lot cleaner
Such a great place for all ages! Chesapeake SZ has really been a blessing to our only child! Each staff member is wonderful and our child leaves happy each time! The price for membership is outstanding, workers are always cleaning! We are going to miss this place when we move! Thank you Riv and staff for being so welcoming!
Absolutely loved it! I took my grandson here for a birthday party and I thought it was the best; especially since my grandson was wore out afterwards, lol. I love how they have different play area sectioned off from the main jump area and how the parents can observe from the parameter of the room. Also the party setupwasgreatbecause theypurus In a room and assign a worker to your group, which was super helpful and he was very nice.
