Within the last year. I feel like customer service has gone down 80%. Within the last 6 months the employees are Very Subpar. I feel uncomfortable when I come in. My son loves coming to sky zones so I do plan on visiting another location to see if their customer service and service period is better. I have had a membership for at least 2 yrs and to be honest, the employees at the aurora location that i've encountered within the last six month Have been absolutely terrible. Sadly, my review may not mean much to the company. But as much money as i've spent going there, I wish that wasn't the case. I will be canceling my membership at the aurora location.
This place is just ok. Smaller than an Urban Air and Lava Island so less for kids to do. Pricing is fine. But wow they are so lame and make you buy Sky Zone socks. My kid had geippy socks on but they were not Sky Zone socks and they made me buy a pair of theirs. Stupidiest nickle and dime move I think I’ve ever seen. If you need money that bad raise your prices $2. Everyone we were with was less than impressed. Socks are socks. Wouldn’t recommend for reasons stated above but mainly I hate being nickled and dimed. No respect for the business.
I come here almost every weekend with my Daughter. I just want to thank Fidal and Brandy who are mangers there. They both always go way above and beyond to make sure the kids are having a fun safe time. . I'm very proud of these two who are both young and very respectable. Thanks for helping me keep a smile on my Daughters face!!!😁
I had my son’s birthday party here yesterday and it was fantastic! NuNu was our party host and she was a doll, very upbeat, kind, patient and just all around amazing! I will say some of the 16-17yr old kids they have working there are very rude and have an eye roll so strong they may need surgery one day. However the party was great. All the attractions were open, the kids really enjoyed it. I definitely recommend their birthday party bundles! Sit back and enjoy having a easy birthday party experience. I say its worth the price to book the Mega VIP!
Great Place for Families – Thank You for the Easter Surprise! We go to the Sky Zone on Abilene St in Aurora, CO pretty often since it’s close to home. We’re not members, and the prices are usually a bit high, but today they made it free for Easter — and that really meant a lot to us. I’m proud to support a place that gives back to the community. Big thank you to all team , the amazing managers who always make us feel welcome and safe. The whole staff is friendly and caring every time we visit. We have three kids and they always have a blast. Thank you to the team for making Sky Zone a fun and positive place for families!
