Lots of fun for kids of all ages. It's clean and relatively well supervised by staff. Older kids here tend to be cognizant of younger kids and not be too rough. It's a good workout for parents also. However it is expensive, and there are certain gimmicks that aren't worth it. The "glow nights" for instance...they charge extra even for members and all they do is turn off some of the lights. They don't even have any black lights. I would also avoid the big slide. I don't blame sky zone for this, but I dislocated my shoulder on it and almost needed surgery
2 hour jump for 3 was almost 100$ so we just purchased the membership for 95$. My kids love it so Its worth it! Place is smaller than the other in Harahan, kinda cramped once the volume increases but im not complaining i could see my kids from pretty much all angles. The courts, jumping areas and restrooms were clean. Food is way too expensive however you can bring your own (i think?) >for parties for sure. Staff was nice and attentive. Thanks Robert for the membership recommendation. We'll see yall for the holiday party Wednesday 🎄
The membership is SO worth it! The pizza is always good, when they haven't run out for the day. The staff is made up of teens and young people who are doing so well at some of their first job.
My daughter had her birthday party at sky zone on riverside dr. everyone had a blast. Our party hosts was amazing. Although I forgot her name (she had long black braids and has braces) her cheerful personality was very welcoming and our guest felt comfortable. She went beyond with all of her help and patience. I would have given five stars, but the park was hot and the kids were sweaty after jumping, I wasn't too upset because the air was working in the party room. Jahiem the manager was professional and accommodating, the pizza was amazing Jahiem and our party host were the best I hope they are there everytime we visit because they bring a special light to the park.
Worse experience ever. We spent too much money to have no air and it was very unorganized. All of my guests were very unhappy and disappointed. We shoud have been informed before booking that there was no air. They only gave us 6 minutes to decorate the private room. Then after the party, we were rushed out by staff and another party waiting by the door. We definitely deserve a refund, because we spent hundreds of dollars for my son to jump in a hotbox. If we wanted to be hot, we could have gave him a party outside.
