If I could leave a 0 star I would. Had to pay $50 for my husband and I to walk around a filthy, unkept trampoline park. This is the worst one I have ever seen. Will not ever return. On top of that, no management or staff walking around supervising. The foam pit blocks are crumbling so my child kept getting pieces in their eye/mouth. Zero places for younger kids 5 and under, no toddler area despite their website stating there is. On top of the filth, dirty bathroom, trash everywhere- there was a huge rush of teenagers that came in… walked right past the front desk. It was so unsafe the cops were called to clear out the crowd. Felt bad for the workers there- they deserve better management and a safer place to work. Don’t waste your money.
I have a concern. A concern that should be for MANY! I visited here today, as im speaking over a worker with tickets and out of no where i see a RAT! Which isnt all too surprising since i do have a niece that worked their and told me they have them. At first i couldnt believe it my kids begged for months to go to this place. You mean to tell me the moment i go its a RAT, MICE idc thats a horrible establishment and if you guys are still giving out food oh boy let me tell you OSHA isnt gonna be happy about this
People running, kids unattended, unsafe practices. Employees were notified and did not care, and made it a point to leave public areas until someone had to pay for entry or they were attending to a party in the party rooms. The Web site makes it difficult to report concerns as well. For the price there are better places to go.
I had a really great time! What a way to end a work day. Fun at SKY ZONE!!! I ENJOYED QUALITY TIME WITH MY LOVED ONES. My grandson had a BLAST. Watching him brought me great Joy!
Place was great. We got there while they had a large party, but we still had a great time. Place was clean and staffed. We did have one young man who was amazing. He coordinated a 1v1 game with my twins ( birthday boys) and friends that we brought. He also judged a slam dunk contest for them. A great ambassador! However, I inquired about his name and no one knew it because he was a new employee. He did a great job, and really made the visit go from good to great.
