Small Door- Brookline is a great vet to your fur babies. Willow been at small door for about a year and the care they give is the greatest I’ve seen. Today Willow had surgery and they updated me through out the day as well reached out to check in on how Willow was doing. 10/10 recommend Small Door-Brookline to be your fur babies vet!
My dog loves going to Small Door for his Veterinary care. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive at the Brookline location. They are very accommodating to both me and my dog. And, the veterinary care is exemplary!

I got an appointment at my preferred location quickly as a first time client. The front office staff did NOT laugh at me when I messed up with the appointment app and accidentally made three appointments 😂. They were friendly, kind and professional. Dr. Waisburd explained her hypotheses re what might be going on with Chloe and the diagnostic procedures thoroughly and clearly. She and her assistant were transparent about pricing and options. Dr. Waisburd was gentle and calming with Chloe … l kind of wish she were my doctor.
We recently brought our cat Ori here for a check-up, and we are beyond grateful for the care he received. Dr. Beth Waisburd was incredibly thorough and attentive — she not only identified the key concerns but also explained them in such a clear and reassuring way that everything felt easy to understand. Her detailed recommendations gave us great confidence and peace of mind about Ori’s next steps. The entire team deserves so much appreciation as well. The front desk staff were so kind, welcoming, and understanding — always greeting us with warm smiles and making the whole experience stress-free. Nurse Jenn, who assisted Dr. Waisburd, was wonderfully gentle and patient with Ori, showing both skill and compassion. Even during the bloodwork, Ori wasn’t scared or uncomfortable at all — thanks to their professionalism and gentle care. When we got home, he was so relaxed that he slept soundly (photo attached!). We truly feel that Ori is in the best hands with Dr. Beth Waisburd, Nurse Jenn, and The Small Door Medical Team. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism, kindness, and genuine love for animals — it makes all the difference.
