Well I can't give them 0 starts or I would. I have a iPhone 14npromax I brought into them because my screen just stopped working. So I brought it to them to replace and they did replace it for 290.00. but when I got home I happen to notice my screen on the bottom rude side of my phone was popped up and I found out why it's because when he took my old screen off he punctured my battery which caused it to swell up and pop the screen up my battery wouldn't hold a charge then 3 days later the whole screen just fell off. When I called to let them know they told me there's no refunds on any of there products well I wasn't there for a refund I was there because they damaged my phone and need to fix there mistake and they said I had to come when a manager was there and they would call me and let me know when that would be I've stopped in there a few times now and still nothing no phone call just shitty unprofessional people that don't know what they are doing clearly shitty customer service and ownership do not come to this place save your money or spend the extra and go to apple I wish I would have I would post the pictures of the damage but I'm not sure how I would do that

My experience with Smartech has been amazing and there is nothing bad to say about them. The staff was very polite and they could fix anything that I would bring. I came here multiple times and I never had a problem. Would definitely recommend coming here.
Entré para cambiar la pantalla de mi iPhone 6s Plus. Siento que me cobraron de más. Me cobraron $90, pero ni siquiera una semana después mi pantalla se volvió a romper. No los culpo por que se me haya roto la pantalla, porque fui yo quien la dejó caer. Mi problema es la calidad de las pantallas que usan. Esto me ha pasado antes con mi iPad, que cuando lo recogí, el botón de inicio dejó de funcionar como antes; ellos lo arreglaron y me culparon, diciendo que no podían hacer nada al respecto. Hacen el trabajo, pero no se lo recomendaría a nadie porque hay lugares con precios más baratos y productos de mejor calidad.
