Hired then in 2022 to do income taxes. Didn’t give us good advice which made borrowing money impossible. Never took our phone calls when we wanted an update on our filings. Screwed our filing so bad that we’re still dealing and paying for it to this day. Would not recommend this firm at all.

My father first started using Smith & Smith back in the 90's He was a tough man who didn't let anything get past him. As a result of his 'trust', I also retained Smith & Smith. I moved away from Arlington 20 years ago but still use them. I can email and the responses are always the same day. They are patient with me when I don't have everything together and walk me through what is needed. I appreciate Steve, Glenn and Van so much! I have complete faith in their services!

Glenn was incredible to work with! This was the easiest and most enjoyable tax filing experience I’ve ever had! Glenn was heat at commuting and explaining everything to me. I would highly recommend using him!

Our return was sent to us to review on the day it was due and we were asked to review it and sign the Form 8879 so they could electronically file the taxes. After quick review we could tell it was incorrect and sent an email telling them not to file that return. They responded saying we could file an amendment. We told them we did not want to, we wanted it filed correctly the first time. We did not sign the 8879. They filed the return anyway. Instead of paying someone to fix the return and file it correctly, now we are paying someone a recovery fee to get back the money we should have never had to pay, had they listened to us.
