Worst interaction ever!! Don't go here it's a scam. I had a California catalytic converter installed and then they said it wasn't. I had to bring in my paperwork to prove and they still wouldnt pass!! Took it to a different company and passed instantly. They just want to take your money stay away !!!

The worst place I've ever been to smog my older vehicle. Very rude and unkind people. When I first called inquiring about checking older vehicles the guy who answered was nice and helpful. But when I got there the picture was the opposite. The guy behind the desk was very rude demanding the paperwork from DMV. Then the guy that was going to perform the smog test asked me to go to the test bay and said he could not open the hood. When I went inside the cabin of my vehicle I realized he had broken the hood release cable. I asked why he pulled it so hard and he just said he did not know. I have had my vehicle for more that 25 years and never had a problem opening the hood. I am so upset. I took my vehicle for a smog test and I got out without a test and with a broken hood. I cannot open the hood now. Then the guy pulled my vehicle out of the shop and wanted me to leave immediately even though there was not even one car waiting. There was no business. If I could give zero stars I would give this place zero stars. Absolutely no regard for customers and no responsibility for damage caused. They never even said sorry.

Today I went to ‘Smog-N-Go’ to get a smog check. There were already 3 people ahead of me and they all didn’t pass. 3 other people came in for a retest. I for sure thought my car was going to pass but it didn’t. I suggested they change their name to ‘Smog-No-Go’! Aside from that it was very quick. 15 minutes all together so I didn’t wait long at all! They told me what I needed to do to get my car fixed for a free retest! I would recommend anyone to go to this place. Fast, friendly and quick service!
