Hailey was great! She did a sideburn, eyebrow and lip wax. Everything came out very clean. In general, I come to smooth because I have very sensitive skin and their products don’t irritate my face at all.

SMOOTH is hands down one of the best waxing places I’ve ever been to! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Hailey is absolutely amazing—she’s not only highly skilled at what she does, but her personality truly shines. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process, and her friendly, professional approach made the experience even better. I have been exclusively going to Smooth for almost 2 years, from my very first appointment on I have been waxed by Hailey and truly would not trust any other human with my eyebrows. Even though I am exclusively Hailey's client, she is intentional to make sure I am comfortable and happy with my wax. She always gives great recommendations for skin care and speaks with knowledge not only about the products but with clarity that she is very well knowledgeable in all things aesthetic related. Next but certainly not least is sweet Jana at the front desk! Waxing can be personal and maybe not something everyone is comfortable with, however Jana is so kind in greeting you when you come in and always expresses genuine care when you're checking out. She also is so patient to look at multiple days and times for rescheduling, when I can't get my life together to figure out what day and time I want to come in. If you've made it this far, then let this be your gentle nudge to go book an appointment with Hailey and I promise her expertise mixed with Jana's kind welcoming smile when you first walk in, will make it the best "you" trip you've ever had!

I've been going here for years and LOVE it!!! All staff is so nice and personable, and everything is so clean!! I see Maddie and Hailey and love them both!! They are both so personable and I look forward to seeing the each appointment! I have only seen Hailey a few times for a wax and tint on my brows, but I feel like we instantly hit it off and it feels like I have been seeing her for years! She does such a great job! I have seen Maddie for years for my waxes and love her very much!! She does an amazing job, my waxes hardly hurt at all and she gets everything so smooth!!! (no pun intended) I cannot recommend Hailey and Maddie, and Smooth as a whole, enough!!
