Adam (director) offered a complimentary booth session, a timeshare accommodation weekend away, and a partial refund in exchange for removing my original review. I contacted Adam in June 2025 to take up his offer on the booth for an event, he initially emailed back to “check if the booth would fit in the space” in July 2025, I responded saying That would be amazing to have that special experience of having one of the booths. - I did not receive any response despite two follow-up emails. Three days before my event he said his emails were compromised that’s why he couldn’t reply for 2 months. He still went on to say - “I can arrange to meet you some where on Friday to show you how it works and then collect Sunday.” I said sure, that’s amazing! Here’s the address. I did not receive a reply and no one attended the organised meeting. He replied a week after my event saying “Sorry wasn't able to make this work. Please reach out for a future event so we can provide a static photo booth.” Based on my experience, I do not recommend this business. When I attempted to use the accommodation voucher, I was unable to redeem it. So here is my original review. 29/08/2024 My experience wasn’t like all of these reviews. From the beginning I felt unsure if Snaptured were even going to turn up to my wedding with the lack of correspondence. They did attend my wedding, however they did not bring the mirrored photo booth I had booked. (apparently it was broken and I got a “free upgrade” - which I later learned was not correct because it’s the same price as what they provided. The director of Snaptured emailed this to me) - I could get over the wrong machine provided, BUT the projection I had organised and paid for, that’s the issue. I’ll attach a photo of what I got…. I asked for that beautiful projection on the Braeside stone wall of our last name outlined, I provided a photo of what I wanted and they quoted the price and I paid. On my wedding day I was told by a staff member from Snaptured, Ben, “the one you wanted is more expensive!” This was disappointing because I would have happily paid more, but once again turned out to not to be accurate from a staff. Ben also left his ‘test’ photos on my beautiful set up table for my guests to find. The attendant who was there for the night also sat on her phone in the corner in front of my guests. In the end I requested for the refund for the monogram, which was completed after I had to follow up a couple of times. I would not recommend this company to be apart of any of your events
I've used Snaptured services twice in the last 2 years for two 21st birthday parties, and the service was superb each time! Staff were easy to communicate with, and were quick to accommodate last minute changes. Both events I opted for the Ruby Package, and delivery, set up, and pack were down coordinated seamlessly. My family thoroughly enjoyed the photo booth, and more so the online gallery that was available post-event. Will be using Snaptured again!
We went with Snaptured to cover the DJ, Venue Lighting and Photobooth for our Wedding last weekend, and they did not disappoint! The level of professionalism and flexibility they had, even the staff of site during the night added to the experience! Snaptured went above and beyond my expectations! They even went out of their way to replace a sparkular mid-storm during our reception so it was ready for our first dance! ❤️ Thank you so much to everyone involved over the planning period and weekend! Would 100% recommend Snaptured for your event needs!
