Great place to bring your kids for a haircut. I highly recommend this place.
We have been bringing our son here for over a year. Ms. Kelsey does a great job! She is very patient with our little guy who is kind of nervous about getting his haircut. His cut always looks great and she does her best to distract him and get it done as quickly as she can.
Appointments don’t seem to matter at this salon. I had a 2pm appointment with Michelle C for my son and we arrived at 1:50pm. We checked in and was told the hair dresser was just finishing up. NOT TRUE. We waited for nearly a half hour and Michelle was still with the same child. It’s obvious my son’s appointment was given to another family. Why not just tell me instead of having me waste my time there waiting. Absolutely unacceptable. We ended up walking out & will not return.
Salon is cute. Have taken my daughter here once before and they did an excellent job. We don't live close but I decided to make the drive today after seeing on their website they accept walk ins. We got there around 1:00 and there was 1 family in the waiting room and 1 child having their hair cut. I was told since we didn't have an appointment they were fully booked but we could come back tomorrow. If you cant provide walk ins then please don't advertise it on your website that you do as it is misleading to the public. Super cuts across the street did a great job and accepted us as walk in.
Great experience here! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and firm. Went in for the bangs trim, I don't remember the lady that cut my g-baby's hair but she was great, even when my g-baby was indecisive about everything, as 4 yr old are. Stylist was trimming hair, changing the channel all while working around the car doors g-baby kept opening. Stylist never was impatient or frustrated. Stylist also informed me about best results for my g-baby's hair so we can get it even again (5yr old sister gave her the 1st haircut)
