AMAZING!!! Couldn’t be more impressed with this company! Right from the beginning, great and rapid communication. Service and price was excellent. My brand new John Lewis sofa was absolutely terrible, so uncomfortable - the cushions literally squished to an inch thick. Russell and his team refilled the cushions and the sofa looks and feels brilliant now! Also, the price included pick up and drop off of the cushions. (He also mentioned he could have MADE us a better sofa for cheaper, which I will be definitely considering for my next sofa). Keep up the great work!

Delighted with the service provided. Russell was great and gave us a price to repair a 5 year old expensive sofa bought from a well known retailer. When purchased we were told structure had a 20 year guarantee and took out insurance for everything else. The stuffing in the sofa was totally inadequate and a huge dent appeared at one side. Neither the retailer nor the insurance would accept responsibility. Thank goodness for this company who did everything exactly as they said they would. The repair is better than the sofa was originally. They were efficient, quick and reasonable for the work carried out. Saved us the cost of a new sofa!!! Not only that they checked in after 2 weeks to see that we were pleased with the results and no further work was required. Highly recommended.

Russell and his team restuffed my couch cushions. They did a fabulous job. My couches feel like new again. There was excellent communication throughout the process. I highly recommend them!

Absolutely brilliant work! Russell restuffed the cushions of my 12 year old sofa. He was very efficient and professional throughout: he took the cushions away on Friday morning and I had them all back by Wednesday lunchtime, fitting perfectly and as if brand new. He’s obviously highly skilled and gave expert advice, kept in contact throughout and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you, Russell!

Service was first class. Russell was well informed and honest about what he could do in relation to fixing our sofa. Kept me up to date throughout the process including sending me photos. His attention to detail and knowledge was impressive. Sofa repaired both the frame and new foam. Repairs carried out quicker than he had initially thought and we were not without our sofa for long less than one week. Would suddenly recommend him. He done a really good job
