Second time here. I still think this is some of the best spas in the NYC area. A couple floors of hot baths and activities. The whole facility is clean, well organized, and warm. The outdoor baths have a great view of the city. The food is ok and slightly overpriced and small-portioned. But you are not supposed to eat too much either. The best food option is their chicken ramen. For first timer, bringing a waterproof phone pouch is needed.

Incredible experience! Spent our Christmas day here, switching between pools and spas. Staff are super friendly and helpful. The space is cleaned regularly so no wet floors. Definitely would come back again in the future for its amazing outdoor spa and watching the sunset again in the infinite pool!

From the moment you arrive, everything feels well organized, clean, and luxurious. The variety of pools, saunas, and relaxation areas is impressive, and the views of the city make the experience even more special. The staff is professional and welcoming, and the atmosphere is calm despite the size of the spa. It’s the perfect place to escape the busy pace of New York and truly unwind. Highly recommended for a full day of relaxation and self-care!!

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. I loved all the different saunas and the pools were warm even though it was cold outside. The facility has great systems set up and you constantly see people cleaning. The cafe had many different options and I highly recommend bulgogi bowl. Steven at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My massage by Rose was absolutely amazing. 1000/10.
Soul Searching
I come here at least twice every year. It’s always clean and I love it! They keep an eye on people so that they don’t do anything inappropriate which I like. Who wants to walk into a spa and people are trying to repopulate? Anyways, the food is good too! The pools are always clean and the locker room is absolutely gorgeous!
