Great facility dedicated to veteran mental health care. Provides a wide range of modalities - individual therapy, multiple forms of group therapy, yoga, reiki, breathwork, biofeedback, and more - all aimed at meeting the needs of each individual. Attentive staff works tirelessly to take care of residents. Came here in a high stress state and am leaving with confidence that I have gained the tools I need to manage my mental health in a positive manner. Highly recommend.

Great experience!! I really enjoyed my stay and friendships that made while at this facility. Staff was very supportive. Dave was very knowledgeable and understanding to all clients making the stay more comfortable. I left a bit early but maybe I should have stayed and sought out outpatient. Food was ok. Over all Solara helped me with my issues and I would recommend this place,

Advertised as relaxing, near the beach. Not near the beach whatsoever. Visited the place and looks very decrepit and unwelcoming. Tried to schedule a tour three times, even went to the place and rang the bell several times, no one came. Kept receiving calls just for them to hang up, saying someone else will call which ended up being hours later. Received a call for a tour hours after I left the area. The whole process was very frustrating. While I didn’t receive treatment here, the whole intake process was a mess.

Not all treatment episodes are successful. However, good facilities and even more important good counselors, doing something different, are out there so don't stop looking. I was lucky to find both. Dave H. and my whole treatment team worked collaboratively to go above and beyond to create a treatment plan specifically tailored to my needs. This is succeeding where the same old things from the past keep on failing. It's tough out there for all of us but there's light at the end of the tunnel. Keep pushing forward.

Solara is a great facility! I’ve done residential and other treatments before and this is the best I’ve seen in this industry. The amenities and the wide variety of available treatments put Solara far above everything else available, especially for veterans. The staff are all so wonderful (especially Sharon) and I’ve been extremely well taken care of since the day I arrived. I would highly recommend Solara to any veteran seeking treatment!
