Beautiful cozy relaxing yoga experience. Rosalyn was very kind and showed variations for each pose. Would recommend.
Mandy did my massage and it was fantastic! It was my first ever massage. I have a lot of problems with my back, shortening on my L4 vertebrae from a car accident. She asked about and did hot stones which I loved. I felt like a million bucks. I'm not far out from surgery on my right foot and even my foot felt better and I walked better afterward. That was a surprising benefit. :)
I had a massage with LaKysha. It was heavenly. She actually started with my feet and hands which instantly relaxed me. She definitely is intuitive and it was amazing. The spa and studio was beautiful and inviting.
Soluna has always been hOMe for me for Yoga, (Phenomenal Teachers) however recently I have been getting massages with Nicolette and it’s been a LIFE CHANGER! She is a Magical Soul and knows how to read other souls. Each time has been a different experience but all of the things that I need. Thank you for sharing your gifts with ME!! One of the places in Jacksonville…I truly feel at home. Welcoming atmosphere and calming presence. They offer a plethora of services. I highly recommend this studio/spa. If you haven’t tried Soluna Yoga + Spa….what are you waiting for.
