I was in desperate need of a CPA and explained this during the consultation. Booked an appointment, everything sounded good on the phone but that was it. Uploaded my documents as requested the next day and never heard from them again. I was working specifically with Chakyra who did not return my calls or texts again after I’ve uploaded my personal information to their portal. 0/10 would not recommend. It’s been weeks and she was supposed to file my extension.
I had an awesome experience with Daymond. Very personable and friendly. He made the process simple and easy when handling my tax return and so helpful in amending my tax return from the previous year I did myself. I couldn't have asked for better results. These are your tax guys! I'll be returning next year as well.
