I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. I completely understand that jewelry stores have to be cautious with all the theft and crime happening lately that’s understandable. But I walked in as a genuine customer ready to make a purchase, and instead I was told the store was closed when it clearly wasn’t. It was obvious I was being turned away for no valid reason, and it left me feeling disrespected and singled out. No one should be made to feel that way just for trying to shop. Businesses should remember that customers come in with trust and good intentions and the way we’re treated matters.
