I cannot say enough good things about the chiropractic and massage therapy I have received over the years from South Edmonton Chiropractic center. From the moment you walk in you'll feel genuinely cared for not just physically but mentally as well. The staff take the time to listen to your ailments and explain the next steps making sure you're comfortable and the appointments are thorough ensuring you receive the right treatment. The treatments have helped relieve physical tension while also creating a sense of calm and balance. Highly recommend Dr. Nav Basi and his massage therapy team.
I’ve had a great experience at South Edmonton Chiropractic Centre. Dr. Nav Basi is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really listen to your concerns. The personalized treatment plan they set up for me has made a massive difference in my mobility and pain levels. The front desk staff are also very welcoming and make every visit easy. Highly recommend if you’re looking for professional, holistic care! Also if you’re looking for a therapeutic massage, this is the place to go. I’ve seen multiple therapists here; they are excellent at identifying problem areas like trigger points and tension. Highly recommend!
Bryce is extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me relieve pain and supporting me during my pregnancy. She is very flexible in her scheduling and continues to work on multiple problems and offers lots of at home management techniques. The location is also super close and always has free parking. I really enjoy coming back each month to see Bryce. They also have direct billing which is a plus!
Dr.Nav always takes care of my feet concerns. They make great custom orthotics and are flexible in getting me in to meet my last minute needs. They work with physio and massage therapists too allowing them to collaborate on recommendations and coordinate for my next appointments. Rush is always patient and walks me through documents needed for insurance claims. She adds me to a waitlist when they're all booked up and tries to get me in as soon as there's a cancellation. The team here really take the time to get to know you. I feel very taken care of everytime I come.
