I was purchasing a house and needed an inspection on my unit . They responded promptly and was out in a timely fashion…… I would recommend these guys fair price and awesome service!
Madison is very professional and prompt. Christmas Eve our unit was not working and Christmas Day dinner was at my home. Thankfully it was cloudy and with the windows open it was bearable. I called SNAC on December 26 and Madison responded and fixed the system. Thank you Madison for your expertise and promptness!
So far so good! There is a long story involved that I won't tell here but Joseph came out and accurately detected the leak in my system and quoted me a good, in comparison, price to fix. Next up! I'll be back after the fix.
Im very happy with the service provided. I called Wednesday, Phillip came by that afternoon and inspected my existing furnace for my split system. I’d ha a different company out two days earlier to perform service without a resolution but a $855.00 bill. They said it could be much more costly to repair the rest of the system, and I’d be better off replacing the heating unit. Phillip told me the same thing, repairing a 17 year old unit could be throwing money away. I asked for an estimate for a new unit. He went to his truck for about 15 minutes, gave me a very reasonable price to replace. On Friday they were here at 8:15 and installed the new heating unit by lunchtime. After moving into our home a little over a year ago, I wanted to have an independent inspection and assessment of the equipment and get a comfort level that everything was in good working order. Joseph was here and he did a great job of going through our systems and providing me with a clear explanation of his work and findings. We will be signing up for a maintenance plan as a result. We really appreciate the great service. Very often it is how a company reacts when things don't go as planned. I updated my review here for that reason. After our initial visit we had a Fall Visit. Everything went well until later that day when the split heat pump (electric) on our 3rd floor began to heat the upstairs. As it turned out, the thermostat we had (Ecobee) was not a good fit for an electric heat pump system. First thing the next morning, after returning, the tech did all sorts of analysis and let me know it was the thermostat. He helped me pick out the right product and he walked me through the setup so that I could do it myself and save money in the process. Although I was initially upset that I didn't know why our upstairs was heating up, I was so impressed by the time, diligence and effort by the tech and the service manager to resolve the issue. I got my new thermostat, installed it myself, programmed it and it is working properly now.
