Richard Hayes is by far the best PA I’ve ever met. Every time I leave his office, I feel informed, reassured, and completely confident in the care my daughter receives. He takes the time to explain everything clearly - so simple that even a second grader could understand - and often uses diagrams to make things even easier. He doesn’t just prescribe medication; he also explains exactly how to use it correctly. Truly, he goes above and beyond every single time. As for the office staff, they’re always incredibly helpful and make sure my daughter gets an appointment whenever she needs one. Overall, the entire team is outstanding. Thank you all for your dedication and for the amazing care you provide to the little ones
Terrible experience. I've used their Parker location which was adequate for the first visit, however, I went to the Denver location when my daughter was sick and had a horrible experience with Dr. Hand. My one year old daughter was ill, I had gone to children's hospital urgent care on Saturday, her condition was worsening so on Tuesday I went in to her pediatrician and was greeted with questions about why I didn't come in to the regular pediatrician on Saturday (as if that mattered..) I was left in the room wondering if my appointment was over with no explanation what was wrong with my daughter other than "she's halfway through the sickness" while the doctor was out at the front desk gossiping with the nurses about how they didn't get my call on Saturday and how I shouldnt have jumped to going to children's, when I was only a worried mother taking the advice of the hospital, since the doctors office didn't answer. She went as far as making me pull it up on my call log which was so disrespectful, so I just left never to return. Flash forward to my daughters next wellness visit, they called to confirm the day prior to the appointment (which I had forgotten to cancel when I changed pediatricians), and I cancelled the day prior to my appointment letting them know I had a poor experience and was not going to return. 3 weeks later I receive a $100 bill for a "no show after 30 minutes". I'm not the type to complain much, coming from a medical background myself I can understand when things don't go perfectly, but I have never felt so unimportant in my life. She literally said "I wouldn't miss a call on a Saturday, I was here all day and calls are our bread and butter"... I thought maybe the bread and butter would be happy patients and parents during ongoing appointments, with positive reviews, but I guess not. I battled with whether or not to leave a review but after receiving a bill for a no show, my buttons were pushed. Be weary. If you're expecting respect, you might not find it.
We really like all the doctors at this facility. Everyone is knowledgeable and flexible and great with our son. They have an amazing online messaging service that we've used many times - it says it can take a couple business days for a reply but we've always gotten a response within a couple of hours, even on a Sunday. Highly recommend!
Kathryn Rasmussen is one of the most caring and knowledgeable providers that we have ever seen. She is very thorough and I love the way that she communicates with my kids. I can’t sing her praises enough!!
