We recently established care here at this clinic for our almost 2 year-old daughter and have been seen by both Dr Root and Dr Gravel. We are so happy that we chose this clinic. The physicians were very personable, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The waiting room and the patient rooms have lots of activities/things to keep a toddler busy and amused. All in all, five star experience, highly recommend.
Took my baby for his 1 year old check up and was great. As nervous as I was for this appointment Priscilla welcomed us with a smile and assurance he’d do great with a fast and easy check in/out. Daniel got us into our room was gentle and caring! Dr. Root with her amazing self examined him from head to toe and got us on our way! Thank you all for the assurance, generosity and gentleness. We will be seeing yall in 3 months 🫶🏽
We have been going with Dr. Ponzio for almost 3 years now and my kid loves her. She always makes him feel important and listens to him. She also tells you what she thinks but is open to hearing you and all your questions. I highly recommend her to everyone I know. The whole practice always has sick same day appointments, which is really good when you need to get seen fast. The new location in Leon Springs is amazing and I have only heard great things about all of the doctors in the practice.
We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Kara Root. From the very first visit, she has made us feel completely confident, supported, and heard as parents. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, always taking the time to answer every question without ever making us feel rushed or dismissed. We love Dr. Root and highly recommend her and the pediatricians at SWCC!
Absolutely love this office and staff! We are always greeted with such genuine smiles. Dr. Ponzio is my daughters doctor and we absolutely love her. Since day 1 she has shown us and our daughter so much patience, love and gentleness. From comforting our daughter, to answering all of our crazy questions. As first time parents, she has made us feel so seen, valued and has brought us so much peace. She cares deeply for her patients and as a parent that just makes my heart so happy. Our daughter is right where she needs to be :)
