Ben and the guys at Southwest Lubbock sold me in every way. We started using them for service a few years ago with our Malibu and they took great care of us and got us back out on the water quickly every time. We knew that we couldn’t buy with anyone else after that. Great location and great service and great boats!

I could not be happier with the service I got from Southwest Watersports in Elephant Butte! I took my boat to Southwest Watersports for a second opinion after a different service shop told me that I needed a new motor. Jared looked at my boat and knew immediately that I Did NOT need a new motor; I only had an exhaust gasket leak which he fixed in a day for $500. I can not tell you how thrilled and grateful I was, especially after the other shop wanted to charge me 30 grand for a new motor that I didn't need! My boat is running as great as it was the first day I bought it.

Five Stars for Five Star service! Jarod, Garret, Ben and Lance are top notch and running a trerrific business. Over the last year, I have worked with the entire team through numerous engagements (service, boat upgrades, questions, new boat browsing and pro-shop). Every single experience has been exactly what you want. When you spend big money on one of these boats, you need a reliable, prompt and effective service team…. Jarod and the service team are unquestionably the best in TX. I have referred many friends or aquaintances to the team, everyone has the same experience. I’ve done business with Southwest Watersports for many years now. Their customer service on the sales side has been nothing less than perfection after buying multiple new MasterCrafts. They have always performed quick and quality service as well as warranty repair when the boat has needed it. They provide a headache free winterization process that I take advantage of each year that makes the following summer first trip easy and hassle free.
