I had an incredible experience at the spa and massage in Earls Court, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, which instantly helped me switch off from the outside world. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, taking the time to understand what I needed and where I was holding tension. The massage itself was exceptional. Every movement felt intentional and perfectly balanced—firm enough to work through deep tension, yet relaxing enough to be deeply soothing. Areas where I’d been carrying stress for weeks were gradually eased away, and I could literally feel my shoulders drop and my breathing slow as the session went on. It wasn’t just a physical release, but a mental one too. By the end, I felt lighter, calmer, and completely reset. The tension I’d been carrying had melted away, replaced by a sense of comfort and well-being that stayed with me long after I left. If you’re looking for a spa experience in Earls Court that truly helps you relax, unwind, and feel taken care of, I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Had the most incredible massage with Daiana. Truly the best I’ve ever had. She was attentive, skilful and made me feel completely relaxed. Mariana at reception was lovely and welcoming, and I really appreciated being offered tea both before and after my treatment. A wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommend
10/10 experience. The place and ambience is perfect & lush, the staff is LOVELY And you also get to curate your massage according to what you need. MOST IMPORTANTLY, It’s affordable yet the quality of the massage is SUPERB. Second time here, will be my go-to spot in London xx
I had a truly wonderful experience at Spa & Massage in Earl’s Court yesterday. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The team greeted me warmly and offered a lovely cup of tea while I waited — a small but thoughtful touch that immediately set a relaxing tone. The massage itself was exceptional. I had requested a female therapist and she was absolutely professional, attentive, and skilled. She took the time to ask about my preferences and any areas of tension before we began. The treatment was perfectly balanced — deeply relaxing yet targeted where I needed it most. What I appreciated most was the genuine care throughout the session — I never felt rushed, and everything from the lighting to the soft background music helped me completely unwind. As someone with a busy lifestyle, this was exactly the reset I needed. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with noticeably less tension in my shoulders and back. I’ll definitely be returning, and would highly recommend the Earl’s Court location to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional massage experience in London. Thank you to the whole team!
Amazing experience! I booked an 1hr deep tissue massage with Roxanne, and it was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had! She gave the perfect amount of pressure that I liked, and got so many of the knots out of my shoulders and back. I didn’t realise I had so many! I felt so much more relaxed and lighter after the treatment. I even had an amazing night sleep considering I struggle with my sleep. After the treatment, she kindly offered me some complimentary herbal tea which tasted so nice. I will definitely be booking again with Roxanne, and highly recommend! Also I want to mention the lovely receptionist, Ramona, was so helpful and welcoming. Sometimes the staff at spas and salons can be rude or unwelcoming, but I didn’t feel that once here. Everyone was super nice and friendly! Even the other massage therapists who walked into reception said hello to me. Will definitely be coming back to the Earl’s Court clinic.
