Worked with Gretchen to design a custom engagement ring almost from the ground up. She and the team were patient and creative as they brought my vision to life, and my fiancée and I are both obsessed with the result! Sparrowood's service, communication, and value are all top-notch. We'll definitely be coming back soon for our wedding bands :)
Hannah went above and beyond to help us pick out our engagement ring and wedding bands. She took the time to order samples so we could try them on in different sizes and colors, and was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

My engagement & wedding ring needed repair. The jeweler (Andrea?) sorry I forgot her name, explained everything to me before she did the work. The ring was ready on time and looks great - and at the price promised. Highly recommend for repairs. I have already given them a 3rd ring to repair because they are very trustworthy.
I was a bit nervous starting the process of finding the perfect ring for my fiancé. I could not have been more fortunate than to be connected with Jo Sparrow at Sparrowood. After the first 5 minutes with her, I could tell that she had my best interests in mind. Throughout the process, Jo was proactive, kind, honest, and helpful. I had a tight time deadline to get my ring, which Jo met with ease. With Jo’s guidance, I selected and purchased a ring that blew away my fiancé. She absolutely loves it. Overall, this experience with Sparrowood has been nothing but positive. 5 stars all the way and I highly recommend if you are selecting an engagement ring in the Raleigh area.
