Kayla was awesome. I would definitely go back to see her for a massage. Constructive feedback overall: could use better instructions regarding lockers, waiting area, where to put things once finished, etc. Could also use a soft light at water/tea station. It's too dark to help yourself to anything. Still a great experience.
I've been going to Kierstin for over a year. She does an amazing job and very friendly. With each massage she's gotten friendlier by talking about our summer and our weekend plans. I'd highly recommend her but I'm afraid it would make it tougher to get appointments with her. She's simply my favorite masseuse there.
Came for a 100 minute salt an hot stone massage! Had a great experience! They have beautiful changing rooms and a quiet room for before and after to enjoy. I don’t get massage often but I had gift cards, did I mention they take Spa finder gift cards? Anyway, wonderful experience with the massage so relaxing they let you pick the Mel of lotion and music choice too!
I've always wanted to try a spa, so before my wedding I treated myself to a facial (one week before the wedding in case of any reactions, but there were none) and a massage (a day or two before the wedding). The building felt small but still uses the space well. The locker/changing room had everything I could need, from toiletries to a cozy little shower. The room was clean, the robe and slippers were comfy, and the locker mechanism was actually pretty clever. The waiting room was relaxing, and supplied both snacks and beverages. I regret losing her card and forgetting her name, but the lady who did my facial was fantastic. I was a little nervous, but she kept me informed and comfortable, and I really appreciated her. Maybe facials aren't really my thing, but it did make me feel fresh and clean before my wedding. The massage was also good. I get deep tissue massage therapy every month somewhere else, so I was ready for something more relaxing before my big day. However, this massage ended up similar to my usual therapy. Less relaxing than anticipated, but I have to admit, my body felt great on the wedding day. That might also have been adrenaline, but I won't complain either way.
(Based on my experience from two 60 min & an 80 min premiere massage) The entire experience from the amenities to the staff is everything you crave and hope for in a spa. Their attention to detail and customer service is unrivaled!! My masseuse really listened and targeted problem areas after I was in accident which has had such a positive impact on my recovery! Affordable without sacrificing quality. Nathan (Maple Grove) does incredible work and can deliver deep tissue relief like no-other! 5 stars all around!!
