Joaquin and his Special Party Events team, made my daughters Class of 2025 graduation party a massive hit. Communication was on target with pricing, delivery and pickup dates etc. Equipment was top notch, clean and well maintained. Our 50 guests was comfortable all day & had great comments on Joaquins, tables,chairs and steamer. Look forward to referring and using their services again in the future. Aloha Derek
A lifesaver when we needed it most! I cannot express how grateful I am to Joaquin Guardado. At the very last minute—just days before my daughter’s wedding—I found myself scrambling to find patio heaters to keep our guests warm during an unexpected cold snap. It was an incredibly stressful time for me and my daughter, and we were already overwhelmed with so many moving parts. That’s when Joaquin stepped in like an angel. Joaquin provided excellent customer service to my fiancé and I for a last minute tent for our surprise rainy wedding weekend. He was prompt with all communication and the quotation and was willing to go out of his way to help make our event a success. We ultimately decided to risk it and go without a tent, but the customer service experience from Joaquin was top notch. Thank you!
Joaquin and his crew were incredible! I hired them for an outdoor event in Tahoe in the middle of winter and they not only provided the tent but they went above and beyond in every way. They showed up early, were extremely kind, and stayed late when I needed them. I highly recommend Special Event Party Rentals. 10/10 will be renting again! (PS the 20 x 20' tent was extremely durable and handled extreme winds and snow perfectly)
