I called special touch because I live on the east coast and I wanted flowers to be delivered as a condolence for a passing of a family member of an in law. I cannot say enough about how efficient and well done everything from how they gathered the information to allowing them to use their own creative gifts to create a bouquet which turned out beautiful was. Terrific, excellent, and much appreciated are a few words I guess I could say. Highly recommended for any florist needs, what a great florist.
Wow, I can’t say enough good things about Amy and Ester! When we met with Amy, my daughter just said she wanted a “colorful bouquet” for her wedding—that was pretty much it. No detailed vision, just a few general ideas and a few pictures she found on the internet. She suggested seasonal flowers and not too big or too small. And somehow, they totally nailed it! My daughters bouquet was absolutely stunning—so vibrant and full of personality. The bridesmaids loved theirs too, and every single flower detail was perfect. The corsages, boutonnieres, and the wine barrel arrangement! Gorgeous! These ladies seriously went above and beyond. If you’re looking for talented florists who can bring your vision to life (even if it’s a little vague!), I couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you both for making everything so beautiful!
I live in TX and needed a bouquet for my sister. I told them I wanted something bright as she was going through a hard time. The flowers were beyond beautiful. One of the most beautiful bouquets I’ve ordered and customer service was kind and respectful. Will definitely order again!
I have been fortunate enough for the past 3 years to have received birthday flowers from Special Touch Florist. Esther and her team do an excellent job, and if you are in need of flowers in Spokane, I highly recommend them.
Our wedding was back in 2018, and we LOVED Esther. She was recommended to us by Belle Gardens, our wedding venue. She was able to translate my vision into beautiful florals that worked with my budget. She was accommodating and her personality is amazing!!! I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a wedding florist.
