My wife and I recently purchased the alcohol for our wedding through specs and D'Wu. It was a wonderful experience. D'Wu was responsive and took the time to understand our needs, prepare a quote, refine the quote, and personally check the entire order to ensure correctness at pick up. Highly recommend Spec's and D'Wu.
We recently got married (12/28/2025) and our venue required us to provide the liquor. Working with D’Wu at the Dallas Superstore to plan the liquor purchase for our wedding was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, he was organized, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He guided us through quantities, selections, and logistics with ease, which took so much stress off our plate during the planning process. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally, and we felt confident knowing this important detail was in such capable hands. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions made the entire experience seamless. We truly appreciated their support and expertise and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a special event—especially a wedding.
Bad experience. Employees followed me around the store the entire time I was there. Specifically a male employee with blue hair. He and other employees asks me multiple times if I needed help, and the blue hair employee followed me to the back and interrupted my phone call to ask AGAIN if I needed help. Not sure if they thought I was going to steal due to my age or race, but the cashier did not ID me, so I can only assume my race (black). Avoid this Specs!
I called into this store and asked for help putting a basket for my boss that lives in Dallas since I live in Miami. Darion "D'Wu" Jordan helped me put together an amazing basket staying within my budget. Not only was it an amazing basket but is had so many yummy goodies that my boss’s daughter were able to enjoy it too! Please ask for Darion "D'Wu" Jordan, he will not disappoint!
I work with Specs regularly as a vendor at my job, and felt like I had a good idea of their communication and operation, but I was blown away by how amazing our event rep was. My coordination team helped me get into contact with Darion and he handled everything from there. D’ Wu was hands down our easiest vendor to communicate with and work alongside. I was so impressed by his consistent quick response times and the ease with which he helped us navigate our order and delivery. Thank you so, so much for all your hard work!
