Working with Lauren has been life changing. With just a few sessions she helped me access, process, and heal deep parts of me. I have experienced a major shift and feel like my self again. I’m so happy and light. The situation I am dealing with in life is still hard but I am so much better and stronger and aligned. One thing I love is that she not only does the work but empowers you to learn her tools so that you can continue to work on yourself. Lauren is the best! I've done a decade of therapy, years of work with spiritual healers, mentors, etc, and I got more work done with Lauren in 2 months than I had over years of other healing modalities. She teaches you how to be your own healer which is priceless, as opposed to many other healers who do the work for you and create a codependent relationship in which you may not end up stepping into your own true power. My gratitude for Lauren is abundant!
My experience with Lauren so far has been one I have never had before. I feel like my whole outlook on life has changed. Lauren is helping me heal wounds that I felt were going to define me for the rest of my life. She has literally brought a bright beautiful light over me giving me confidence in my soul. After just the first session with her I felt as though I had this sense of ease over me. I look forward to each appointment with her knowing I am chipping away at things that have held me back in life that I have tried to work at before but was unsuccessful. My family has noticed the peace that has come over me and my own daughter is confused as to how I no longer get angry at situations and just step back and take a beat. AMAZING & EFFECTIVE! Lauren is the real thing. I am a person who requires proof, results & a spiritual experience I can feel, see, taste or touch in order to consider something real & effective. Fortunately for me, I've had several supernatural experiences that have brought me miraculous energetic & physical healing as a result of direct contact with Source/Creator. Sadly, at some point, I found myself unable to feel conscious contact with Source, as if there was something blocking my energy flow, like a lawn chair sitting on a garden hose.
