Long lead times and false advertising. Sales person said 10 days for table and chairs set, it’s now been 4 weeks and we are now being told they cannot tell us when it will arrive. They were very eager to take our money, not so eager to provide purchased products.Our first experience with Spokane Furniture will be our last.
Service was exceptional with no pressure. Went there looking for a couch and loveseat set. Walked in, bee-lined to a set that caught my eye, fell in love with it right away, and purchased it right there on the spot! Got a great price on it as well. Thank you Mia for a great experience! Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture.
Visited Spokane Furniture to take a look at their selection and was very impressed! They have three full floors of furniture with so many styles and collections to fit any generation. From comfortable couches to beautiful dining room tables and bedroom sets complete with accessories — there’s something for everyone. The customer service was excellent as well. Definitely worth checking out!
Aaron was very helpful walking me through the pros and cons of the 2 couches I was considering. Price match is great and the delivery/ installation fees are reasonable. Very knowledgeable and would recommend working with Aaron if you’re looking for a new couch in Spokane.
