I went to Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation for neck issues that had significantly reduced my range of motion and made basic life activities difficult and often painful. Kyra did an assessment of my situation and goals, was able to quickly identify the sources of the problem and give me exercises to begin to address the issues. Once she was able to see how I responded to the exercises and some application of manual pressure, she did some dry needling that was extremely effective at increasing my range of motion and reducing pain. The office has been easy to deal with when I needed to move an appointment, and I have continued to make progress. I have had a very positive experience and would recommend them to others.

Elliott Place is fantastic. I've had a history of shoulder issues and he does a fantastic job (massage and dry needling and exercises) helping me rehab it. I recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been very happy with STAR for physical therapy on my knee, which gives me problems both from a torn meniscus and from arthritis. I am able to get prompt appointments, and my therapist, Kyra, has been thoughtful about building my treatment. Overall I find the office and the staff very professional and compassionate in their approach to me and other clients. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I’m incredibly grateful for discovering STAR. With so many PT’s to choose from, I specifically sought one who specializes in athletes and can help them regain their running or other sports skills. Their IG page showcased a variety of exercises designed to rehabilitate athletes, which piqued my interest. Once I created my app, I was able to schedule an appointment promptly and receive a full month’s worth of sessions. My therapist, Elliot, genuinely listened to my concerns and conducted a thorough examination. He explained the underlying causes of my injury and provided a comprehensive plan to help me get back into running. He’s the ideal therapist for me because he was also a sprinter during his college days. The entire staff is friendly and supportive, and I’m eager to become stronger and avoid running injuries in the future!

I have been prescribed PT three times in the last eight years for treatment of balance and knee issues. Each time I have gone to STAR - the first time a friend recommended them enthusiastically, and afterwards I never considered going elsewhere. Last time, when I told that to my osteopath, he said "They are the best!". I've had outstanding treatment from Lucia and, in tandem, from Jamie. They are highly competent, thoughtful, caring, encouraging, and focused on results (ultimately sending you out into the world on your own). They use computers effectively to keep track of patients' treatment and for coordination among the therapists. The facility is welcoming - it is clean and well-equipped, and the sound level permits civilized discourse. Michael C.
