I had an issue with my PC's Memory and RAM. Dale had me scheduled for a drop off the following day, and had diagnosed my issue within 24 hours. He also provided me with the information I needed to get the part replaced and installed correctly myself. My PC works fine now! I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Dale is fantastic! Called him morning my router died and he was at my house 2 hours later. Attempted to troubleshoot the problem with existing equipment. After determining the equipment was beyond fixing, spec’d out the router to get and determined through diagnosis also needed new wireless access points (they would not light up/dead). While I made the trip to get new router and wireless access points he ran home to get an additional tool needed, we met back at my house and he had everything installed and working in 2 hours. Dale also installed the router driver on my computer where I could see the strength of the network and any charter modem issues. Before he left he tested the speed of all the wireless access points and determined one was slower than the others. He determined one of the wires was disconnected going into the Ethernet port, repaired it, retested it and verified it had the same download speed as the other wireless access points. Aside from his technical skills Dale took his shoes off before moving through my house. He explained things in an easy non-techno babble way. If you are having a home networking issue, Dale is your guy!

Dale was a lifesaver. Someone spilled wine on my Macbook Air and it stopped working. He was able to extract all of the data from it and then installed and configured it onto a new Macbook Air. The price and time to do this was reasonable. Thank you so much, Dale!

Dale provided on site support to help with a variety of issues with the Contacts Section in Outlook. He provided me with written instructions on how to view and edit contact lists, creating a contact list and emailing a contact list. Dale is a true professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I have used his services in the past and will continue to call on him for any computer related issues.
