Hello all, this company is spot on with their services. They provide you with complete instructions on the work to be done, the type of spray allowed by the state. They show up according to their window of time. They work until the job is completed. Their communications are spot on as well. You are never left in the dark wondering what now, or what do I do next. I have been a happy customer since 2021. Thank you, Thomas, and all of your courteous and professional staff, including the service staff. You guys Rock!!!!!!!
If you're a renter, I'd recommend approaching this company with caution. I recently spoke with Tim over the phone after a visit to my apartment. When I asked for written documentation of the findings— a summary of what was observed or diagnosed—he stated the company does not provide that kind of record. When I asked for clarification, he mentioned they “work directly with landlords” and referenced “liability,” but didn’t elaborate. He also dismissed my follow-up questions as being “in the weeds,” which was disappointing. After learning from my neighbor that our landlord used a different pest control service in the past, Tim seemed to lose interest in addressing the issue entirely. From my experience, the company appears to prioritize its relationship with landlords, which may explain their reluctance to offer documentation directly to tenants. While everyone I interacted with was polite,I found the lack of transparency concerning. If you’re a renter trying to resolve an issue in good faith it may be difficult to get the support or clarity you're looking for here. All I was looking for is a brief written description from the professionals about what was found during the visit. That’s all. The refusal to provide this—especially from a company in the business of diagnosing problems—raises valid concerns. Just something to be aware of before choosing to work with them.
