Very Professional. Explained the whole process and got to work. I could have not asked for more. My floors are beautiful. The care of sealing the grout was very tedious and they were on it. Coming from a military background, Stanley Steamer should be proud to have these guys as employees!! Job well done!!! My grout went from black back to light grey!! So happy!!
