Ferguson was AMAZING!! He was very polite, explained the whole on-site cleaning process and did an amazing job on the clean. He worked on 1 (8×10) area rug and 2 (8×3) runners in about an hour. He moved the furniture so I didn't have to lift a finger!! I can actually see the WHITE in my rugs again!! Lol. Will definitely going to book again on my next clean!!
Jaim made our couch look brand new again. Literally, it looks and smells amazing and has nice clean brush strokes and it only took about 45 minutes. Very satisfied with the outcome and his service. 10/10 would recommend.
Stanley Steemer Damaged Our Home and Refused to Take Responsibility I expected professionalism from Stanley Steemer. Instead, I got damaged baseboards and a company that flat-out refused to make it right. Their crew caused visible damage during a service on October 30, 2025 — damage that did not exist before their visit. I even went out of my way to show their representative a separate, preexisting area near our dog’s water bowl so there would be no confusion later about what was new. When I contacted them about the damage, management’s response was insulting. Rather than owning their mistake and fixing what they broke, they offered me a discount code — as if that somehow compensates for the damage done to our home. That’s not accountability; that’s avoidance. Stanley Steemer clearly does not stand behind their work. If something goes wrong, they’ll leave you holding the bag. I will never use this company again, and I strongly urge anyone considering them to think twice. A company that refuses to take responsibility does not deserve your trust — or your business. A discount code doesn’t fix damaged baseboards.
Brandon came into my home and did an amazing job! I was very personable and professional! Did some amazing work on the carpet, signed up for the 18 month plan and will be requesting him again to come out!
